Privacy policy

This policy describes the current iPhone and iPad app and browser version of 33, developed by AR by Swift. Privacy questions can be sent to rafa.marcen@gmail.com.

Information stored on your device

Your quiz attempts and scores, discovery progress, preferences, and reminder choices are stored locally on your device or in your browser. Browser storage uses IndexedDB and a service worker to keep downloaded content available offline. Downloaded catalogs and media are cached locally. This information is not sent to an AR by Swift account or analytics service.

Optional Game Center

If you sign in to Apple Game Center, the app sends quiz scores to Apple’s leaderboards. Your Game Center profile and scores are handled by Apple and may be visible to other players according to your Game Center settings. AR by Swift does not receive your Apple Account password. See Apple’s privacy policy for Apple’s handling of this information. You can use the atlas and quiz without signing in.

Online content

The app requests public catalogs, quiz questions, photographs, and backgrounds from Cloudflare. Videos may be requested from X’s media service. These providers necessarily receive network information such as your IP address when serving content and may process operational or security logs under their own policies. The app does not attach your name, Game Center identifier, local progress, or advertising identifier to these requests. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and X’s privacy policy.

Notifications

Quiz reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your device. They do not use a remote push service. You can withdraw notification permission in iOS Settings.

Support and external links

If you contact support by email, we receive the address and information you send and use them to respond to your request. Source links open third-party websites, which have their own privacy policies. The in-app car suggestion service is currently unavailable; no car suggestions are transmitted by this version.

Tracking and deletion

The app contains no advertising or analytics SDK and does not track you across other apps or websites. Removing the app or clearing the browser’s site data deletes its local settings, progress, and cached content. Game Center data is managed separately through Apple. Contact us if you want a support conversation removed.

Policy changes

If the app’s data practices change, this policy will be updated to describe them.
